The registration types and fees for ISMES VIII are shown below. Payment and registration will open after final application decisions have been made. Application instructions are available here.
Regular Attendee: $700 (USD)
Local Attendee (does not include housing): $350 (USD)
Registration is available only to accepted applicants. Accepted applicants will be notified sometime on or after June 7, 2019 and provided registration instructions at that time.
The registration fee includes:
Program attendance
Program materials
Meals
Refreshments at breaks
Excursion
Lodging in Caltech-owned housing (Regular attendee only)
Housing Check-in and Departure
Non-local attendees are able to check in on either Saturday, July 20th or Sunday, July 21st. Check-out for all will be Saturday, July 27th from 12-4pm after the school has concluded.
Scholarships
Partial scholarships to assist in the registration fee may be available for those in need. Please contact ismes@caltech.edu for more information.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your registration requires written notice and must be emailed to ismes@caltech.edu. Registration fee may be refunded for cancellations prior to June 30, 2019. Please notify us as soon as possible, as we may be able to award your position to another applicant.
